Create an OpenAI-account and set up payment

In order to use the OpenAI text generation, you will need to:

• Create an OpenAI-account.
• Create a so-called "API key", so that OpenAI knows that it's you, when you are connecting the Fozzels software to OpenAI.

Do the following steps:

1. Go to the OpenAI "Platform" website and log in, or create an account.

2. Fill out the form with your email address, password, and any other required information. Be sure to use a strong, secure password to protect your account.

3. Click the “Create Account” button to complete the process.

4. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to verify your account. Click on the link to complete the verification process and log in to your account.

5. Go to the Billing Overview page: https://platform.openai.com/account/billing/overview
   
   
   

6. Click on "Payment Methods"

7. Click on "Add payment method", and enter your credit card details.

You are done, and can now continue creating the OpenAI-API keys.
