Track the results in Dashboard

The Fozzels Dashboard gives you a complete overview of your content generation and synchronization processes. From here, you can track the status of your content, see any errors or warnings, and monitor overall progress.

The main view is a data table. If there are no active content flows or no content has been generated yet, you will see a message instead of the table.

The Dashboard Overview

The main dashboard table features six key columns to help you track your content:

  • Date: The date on which the content was generated.

  • Product Count: The number of products scheduled for content generation on a specific date.

  • Completion Count: The number of content units that have been successfully generated.

  • Synchronized Count: The number of content units that have been synchronized.

  • Warning Count: The number of content units with remarks or feedback that might need your attention.

  • Failed Count: The number of content units that failed to generate or synchronize due to critical errors.

You can click on a specific date or on the Completion Count to open a more detailed view of that day's completions.

When you click on a date, you'll see a detailed table with more specific information about your content.

Navigation and Filters

Tools located above the table allow you to customize your data view.

  • "Show [number] entries": A dropdown that lets you select how many entries to display per page (5, 10, 25, 50, or 100).

  • Date Range Filter: The fields above the detailed table allow you to select a specific date or a date range for viewing completions.

  • "Display only with errors": A toggle that quickly filters the data to show only products with errors.

  • "Show thumbnails": A toggle switch that adds or removes the product image column from the table.

  • "Column visibility": A dropdown menu that lets you add or remove columns in the table.

Detailed View & Column Features

Clicking on a date will open a detailed table with more specific information, which includes nine mandatory columns:

Flow, SKU, Confirmed, Thumbnail, Prompt, Created At, Target Attribute, Executed At, and Synchronized At.

Column Filters

Each column has a filter field below its header, allowing you to search and sort the data.

  • Flow: You can select one or more flows to filter products.

  • SKU: Use this field to find a specific product by its SKU.

  • Thumbnail: Filter products based on the presence of an image using the "Image Missing" or "Image Exists" options.

  • Prompt: You can search for specific words or numbers within the prompt text.

  • Date Columns: The Created At, Executed At, and Synchronized At columns each have "From" and "To" fields that open a calendar for selecting a date range to filter results.

Understanding Each Column

  • Flow: Displays the name of the flow. Clicking an active flow's name redirects you to its configuration page.

  • SKU: Shows the product's SKU, which is a clickable link to the product page in Fozzels. There is also an icon that links to the product page in your online store.

  • Confirmed: The status is "Confirmed" when the generated content is high-quality and approved for synchronization. A success notification appears when the status is changed.

  • Thumbnail: Displays a small preview of the product image. Hovering over it shows a larger gallery.

  • Prompt: This column contains the prompt used to generate the content for each product. Clicking on a cell opens a pop-up window where you can view the full prompt. You can't edit it, but you can copy the text, close the window, or view the HTML version.

  • Target Attribute: This column contains the generated content for a specific product. Clicking on a cell opens an "Edit completion result" window.

  • Created At: The date and time when the content was created.

  • Executed At: The date and time when the content was sent for synchronization.

  • Synchronized At: The date and time when the content was successfully synchronized.

Regenerating Content

If you're not satisfied with the generated content, you can regenerate it. Simply open the  "Edit completion result" window by clicking on a cell in the Target Attribute column and select the "Regenerate" button.

Troubleshooting & Warnings

The dashboard provides clear messages to help you understand and fix any issues with your content.

  • Completion Problems: A notification with this title appears when errors occur, such as an "Invalid image".

  • "Completion looks suspicious": This warning appears if the content seems unnatural or contains bot-like responses, HTML code, or markdown formatting. This content will not be synchronized.

  • "Double HTML entities encode detected": This warning appears when the text has been encoded more than once, which can cause the text to appear incorrectly.

  • "Completion result is empty": This warning appears when a product's content is empty.

  • "Product is deleted on integration": This indicates that the product no longer exists in your integrated store.

  • "Rule is disabled": This indicates that the content was generated by a flow that is no longer active.
