Prompt options

When creating or editing a Flow, you have several options you can set.

We'll describe these below.

Active Flow

When this checkbox is enabled, the Flow is active. That means that Fozzels will run this Flow every night, and content is generated.

When this checkbox is disabled, no content will be generated.

Automatically add extra line breaks in text

When this checkbox is enabled, Fozzels will automatically add "line breaks" in generated texts. This is done so thet the generated text is more easy to read -- it will be separated into paragraphs.

⚠️ Note: this box should be enabled only if you ask the AI for plain text. If you ask the AI in the prompt to give HTML content back. HTML content will automatically have <p> tags (be separated into paragraphs), so in that case, it is not necessary to add extra line breaks.

Fully automatic

When you leave this checkof OFF, the content will be automatically generated in batch, but not updated in your store. You'll have to manually review the generated content, and when you are satisfied, confirm the generated content. Then your content will be visible in your store.

When you enable this checkbox, the generated content will be directly updated in your online store on every run of the Flow.

Of course, you will still be able to review the content afterwards, via the daily batch list. You're even able to change content, should you find something that should be changed.

What we find is that most of our users keep this checkbox off for the first few days, to be able to see if the content fits their requirements. After they see that the content is good, unique and consistent, most users have enabled this checkbox.

Automatically create new text when an attribute of a product changes in your storeFozzels keeps track of the imported product data in your online store. This way, when something changes (for example; you change the "color" attribute on one of your products), Fozzels will see this, and will add that product back onto the batch list. This way, new content will be automatically generated.

Most of our users find this useful to enable, because it allows them to adding or improving the product data on their products, and then automatically having a new product description generated that includes those attributes in the prompt.
