Overview of the Concept

A Flow is a core concept in Fozzels. It is a custom-configured, multi-step automated process that leverages AI capabilities to transform input data (your product catalog) into ready-to-use, high-quality, targeted content elements (text, images, video) with minimal human intervention.

Role and Purpose of a Flow

A Flow serves to ensure scalable, controlled, and consistent content generation within your online store.

  1. Automate the creation of large volumes of descriptions, meta-tags, images, or videos.

  2. Ensure style and tone consistency across different product groups.

  3. Control the budget by clearly defining which products and how often content will be generated.

  4. Synchronize finished content directly into your integrated store (Shopify, Magento, Next Chapter etc.).

Key Components of a Flow

Every Flow consists of logical parts that you configure:

1. Product Selection

  1. Define the target group of products for processing.

  2. Use the powerful filtering system to select products by category, color, SKU, or status.

  3. Read more about advanced product filtering here.

  4. Result: Only selected products will be passed to the next stage.

2. AI Instruction (Prompt)

  1. Write or load detailed instructions for the AI (the prompt).

  2. Use dynamic attribute blocks so the AI can adapt content to specific product characteristics (e.g., color, size). Read more about attributes and their configuration here.

  3. Define the required style, tone, language, and text limits (e.g., maximum token count).

3. Additional Settings and Control

  1. Protection against Duplicates: Activate the Prevent overlapping content generation feature to avoid redundant content generation for an attribute that has already been processed. Read more about preventing overlapping generation here.

  2. Image Optimization: When working with images, use the Image Resize feature for automatic optimization of large files. Read more about the Image Resize feature here.

4. Automation

  1. Configure the Flow launch schedule (e.g., daily, weekly).

  2. Set generation limits (number of products per run).

  3. Define synchronization rules (automatically push content to the website or wait for manual confirmation).

Types of Flows in Fozzels

Fozzels supports three main types of flows, each targeting a specific type of content:

3.1. Content Flow

  1. Purpose: Generation of text content (product descriptions, short descriptions, meta-tags, SEO texts).

  2. Target: Updating a specific product attribute.

3.2. Image Flow

  1. Purpose: Generation of high-quality images (photo models, scenes, product combinations).

  2. Target: Creation of unique visual materials that are synchronized as new product images.

3.3. Video Flow

  1. Purpose: Generation of video content.

  2. Target: Creation of dynamic materials for product promotion.
